Event Highlights:
Breathwork (Saturday): Awaken your spirit with rhythmic breathwork, harmonizing with the natural vibrations of the mountains.
Integration (Sunday): Engage in restorative yoga, meditation, a soundbath, and journaling and sharing sessions. This integration helps you process and transition the profound experiences of breathwork into your daily life.
Hiking to Connect (Sunday): Embark on a mindful hike, designed to foster connections and build a supportive community.

There are two retreat options: Breathwork Only: Includes the breathwork session on Saturday. Breathwork and Integration: Includes both the breathwork session on Saturday and the integration session on Sunday. We highly recommend participating in the integration session after the breathwork. Accommodation for 3 Nights
We provide two accommodation options: (1) Camping: Bring your own tent and camping gear. We will reserve your campsite, and you are welcome to share a tent if you're coming with a guest. The ticket is priced per tent. (2) Glamping: we use a third party to set up a glamping tent for you on the campsite. Includes a 5m bell tent, two queen memory foam beds, bedding, pillows, rugs, lighting, and boho decor. All you need to do is to show up with your personal items. The ticket is priced per tent.
