About The Event
Join us for a Grof® Breathwork retreat in the mountains of Lake Tahoe, a dedicated space to slow down, go inward, and reconnect with your body's natural capacity to heal.
This is an intentionally small retreat, designed to create the kind of safety and intimacy that allows for real depth. The experience centers on four holotropic breathwork sessions. Each participant takes turns in both roles, breathing twice and sitting twice, holding space for their partner as they do. These sessions are supported by integration practices that help you absorb and make sense of what arises, including mandala drawing, somatic work, and group sharing circles. Throughout the retreat, you will be held by a small, intentional community of people who have come for similar reasons. Time in the natural surroundings of Tahoe is woven into the experience, offering its own kind of stillness and restoration.
