This mindful hike offers the perfect opportunity to ground yourself, reflect, and build community in a serene outdoor setting. All levels welcome - come reset and recharge!
Agenda:
6:00 PM: Meet at the trailhead
Begin with a silent, mindful hiking meditation as we ascend the easy one-mile trail to the top
Once at the top, we'll gather in a circle for a guided meditation
Hike back together, connecting and sharing with one another along the way
